Great post Leigh ... I did what you recommended and purchased all of Alwyns products Afterburn I & II, Real World Fat Loss, Program Design bible etc ... turned my training program upside down as a result.
In fact I just posted to my blog 'Why Is Alwyn Cosgrove Trying To Kill Me?' after my first Alwyn inspired training session :)
